We are targeting pre-development projects with the potential to increase production in excess of 10,000 boe/d. Madison is evaluating low-risk exploitation opportunities, close to infrastructure, with potential for high impact oil and gas discoveries. Cutting edge Canadian drilling and development technologies will be used to gain a competitive edge.

Management believes that "line of sight" is critical. The company intends to acquire and develop economically viable properties with access to infrastructure to bring cash flow on stream within 36 months. The focus is on high-impact opportunities in the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.

Madison's goal is to build a $1 to $3 billion company in a 5 to 7 year time frame providing superior returns for investors.
