Mr. Taylor has 28 years of experience in all aspects of finance and accounting in the oil and gas industry. Neil has been involved in over half a billion dollars of equity and debt financing and has arranged and supervised credit facilities up to $700 million.

Mr. Taylor has held senior financial and management positions with several Canadian and international oil and gas companies. He started his career with Dome Petroleum which later became Amoco Canada Petroleum Ltd. (now BP Canada). He has been involved in the growth and successful acquisitions of Coyote Creek Resources Ltd. by Cyries Energy Inc., and Boundary Creek Resources Ltd. to Bow Valley Energy, with both deals providing shareholders with substantial returns. He was also Manager of Finance, with Crestar Energy Inc., which had 100,000 bbl/day of production and a market capitalization of over $1.5 billion dollars.

Mr. Taylor graduated in 1981 from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has achieved a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
