Mr. Mooney has been involved in the oil & gas and finance industries for 26 years. He has served as the President, Director and Chairman of several companies with a broad range of experience in financing, acquisitions, management and governance. He is currently a Director of Farelogisics Corp., a Victoria company involved in the transit industry.

Mr. Mooney was previously Chairman of the Board of Boundary Creek Resources Ltd. which was sold to Bow Valley Energy Ltd. after a successful recapitalization and turnaround that resulted in a substantial return to shareholders over a three year period.

Mr. Mooney has also been the Chairman of Synex International Inc., a Director of Printera Corporation and President and COO of Greyvest Capital Inc. and Director of Global Energy Inc.

Mr. Mooney is a graduate of Queens University, Ontario, Canada with a degree in Economics.
